Zhejiang Taikang Electronics Co., Ltd., founded in 1986 and previously named Yueqing Qiaoguang Radio Factory, specializes in manufacturing high quality products like switches, linker and gold machining components for global automotive and home electronics industries. The company sits on 8126 square meters at the edge of Wengyang Town, Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province,
on the coast of the East China Sea and right at the foot of the beautiful Yandang Mountain.
With almost twenty years' development, we have attained a well-earned and highly deserved reputation.
In 1996, our company attained ISO9002 certificate and was authorized the self-support import and export rights. In April 2003 we obtained the certificate of QS9000, VDA6.1, ISO9001(2000), with the achievement of which, we have initialized a modern management platform and optimized our CI system.
Our current annual output volume of power switch has reached up to 30 million units, which has outplayed that of our domestic counterparts since 1999. Our power switches are classified into 12 series which cover more than 200 models. They have been granted the international certificates, such as CQC in China, UL in USA, CSA in Canada, VDE in Germany, SEMKO in Sweden, DEMKO in Denmark, NEMKO in Norway, FIMKO in Finland,and CE in U.E., up to the quality standard of less than 30PPM. We have been supplying automobile manufacturers with our automobile switches and have been receiving positive feedback from them. Among those products are Automobile Compounding Switch, Electric Window Switch, Rearview Mirror Switch, all kinds of Rocker Switch and engine oil pump accessories.
In order to promote our product quality to a newer level, we successively imported the UL standard tungsten filament load
testing equipment, multi-functional intellectual automobile switch life testing equipment, and transformed and
rebuilt many other equipment to keep up with global standard, such as the switch life testing machine, temperature and humidity testing machine, vibration testing machine, salt and frog testing machine, combustion testing machine, twisting force testing machine, high exactitude three dimension testing machine, high exactitude projecting apparatus and chemical electroplating thickness testing machine, and built an industry-leading product testing facility. To develop and manufacture more precisely and effectively, we have updated and rebuilt our production equipments, and imported two numerical control processing centers, three numerical control exactitude punches, three jogging wire cutters, four exactitude grinders, two non-core grinding machines, one cylindrical grinding machine, three numerical control lathes, four high speed punches, sixty-eight exactitude punches and eight automatic plastic molding machines.
