NingBo Baosh Auto Parts Co., Ltd is a manufacturer and exporter of aluminum alloy wheels and spinning wheels. Our factory is strategically located in Ningbo, the largest production auto accessories in China. It closes to Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port, the two major ports in China.
Besides automatic gravity casting, we have developed leading liquid squeezes casting, automatic machining system with high precise and flexibility, coating line with the brand new technique-E.M.C. and mould designing which proceed with CAD/CAM/CAE system. Advanced equipment empowers Shanghai fervent to successfully achieve the whole process from designing to manufacturing.
There are 5 gravity casting machine and 10 low-pressure casting machine meeting leading international standards. Now, the maximum size we can machine reaches 26 inches, the monthly capacity is 50,000pcs. The products meet standard of SFI for U.S.A. JWL for Japan. The works are accordingly to QS9000/VDA6.1 quality system. We also produce and sell also the other co-related auto accessories.
