The Corporation covers an area of 43,000 m2, including the building area of 29,000 m2. The Corporation possesses more than 50 sets of plastic injectors with capacity of 10,000g below, over 10 double- and single-bolted extrusion assembly lines, equipped with a full range of inspection devices. The Corporation owns an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of plastics injection products and an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of flame-retarded plastic particles. It has been appointed as one of the Top 100 Plastic Product Manufacturers by the National Statistics Bureau and entitled the Class "AAA" Creditworthy Enterprise every year.
The Corporation has been continuously developing products and plastic product packages. It owns the CAD and CAM capacity for the corresponding products and moulds, with a numerical control machining center and more than 20 sets of other mould machine tools. These are the bases not only for developing new products inside the Corporation, but also for manufacturing all types of household appliances, electronic products and plastic moulds for some companies and joint ventures invested by Hong Kong and Taiwan investors.
