Ningbo Shuanglin Group Corporation in East China is a private enterprise with total assets valued at RMB 580,000,000. We have a technical training school in Ningbo, in addition to 12 subsidiaries based around China.
We have installed the most advanced CAD/CAM/CAE integrated network system, featuring UG-II, Solid Edge and Auto CAD softare. In addition, the highest quality IBM and HP hardware is used. We are also equipped with more than 300 sets of CNC & CMM machines and lines for electronics production etc.
Our products range from high-voltage focus packs, anode caps and bobbins for fly-back transformers; plastic and metal parts for automobiles, computers, household appliances and telecommunication products; precision plastic injection molds, casting dies, progressive press stamping dies and related standard workpieces, to traditional Chinese medicines. We are a designated supplier for several major companies, such as Hitachi, Sharp, Sony, National, Apple, Bell, Alcatel, GM, Volkswagen, TCL and Konka among others. Meanwhile, we have also expanded into the overseas market, with products exported to more than 20 countries; for example the USA, Israel, the Netherlands, Japan and so on. Therefore, we have established ourselves as one of the most reputable manufacturers in these product lines.
Overall we have about 1,800 staff members, including 508 engineers and technicians, as well as 20 or so holders of Doctor's and Master's degrees. We have successfully obtained ISO9002 quality system certification, UL certification and QS-9000/VDA6.1 certification. In the past years we have gained thirteen patents for electronic products and many new-product certificates and high-tech prizes at national and municipal level.
